Round 12 of the 1960 European Rally Championship, the Deutschland Rallye combined asphalt and gravel stages through the Black Forest, challenging crews on winding mountain roads and forest tracks.
Competitors tackled 12 special stages totalling approximately 230 km on mixed asphalt and gravel in the Black Forest region around Baden-Baden and Freiburg, linked by about 2 200 km of liaison sections.
