Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Compromised Internals, including the rally history archive, event and travel information, blogs, Boards, user profiles, messaging, and shop. Public pages can be viewed without an account. Creating or continuing to use an account requires agreement to these Terms and our Community Guidelines and Moderation & Enforcement Policy, and acknowledgement of our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register or use member features. Provide truthful registration information and keep your email address current. One person must not impersonate another, evade a ban with additional accounts, or share login credentials. We may decline or restrict registration where necessary to protect the platform. Age entry is self-reported; we may request additional verification when reasonably necessary.

2. Community participation

Posts, replies, profiles, private messages, and other contributions are subject to the Community Guidelines. Do not harass members, publish private information without permission, threaten others, solicit illegal activity, distribute malicious links, spam, or circumvent messaging restrictions. Respect message-request decisions and user blocks.

3. Content rights

You keep ownership of original material you contribute. By publishing or uploading content, you grant Compromised Internals a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote the service, subject to your privacy settings and applicable law. You represent that you have necessary rights to submit it. You may not copy, sell, or republish content belonging to Compromised Internals or other members without permission or another legal basis.

4. Messaging and privacy

Private messages are visible to participants and are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. We do not provide routine unrestricted access to all member conversations. Authorized staff may review content supplied in reports and other data only as permitted by the platform's operational controls, applicable policy, and law. Do not send information you would not want the recipient to retain. Review our Privacy Policy.

5. Moderation

We may remove content, limit messaging or posting, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or ban accounts, including immediately for serious risks. Enforcement is guided by the Moderation & Enforcement Policy. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that a specific number of warnings will precede action.

6. Rally and travel information

Event schedules, travel suggestions, technical material, and historical information can change or contain inaccuracies. Confirm details with event organizers and qualified professionals. Motorsports are inherently hazardous. Our editorial content is informational, not a substitute for safety procedures or professional instruction.

7. Store and external services

Purchases, where available, are subject to product availability, checkout disclosures, payment processing, applicable taxes, and fulfillment terms displayed when ordering. We use third-party vendors to support checkout, production, and delivery. External links and affiliate referrals may lead to services we do not control.

8. Availability and liability

We may modify or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or the accuracy of user contributions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and contact
