Smooth, high-speed tarmac roads and scenic mountain backdrops defined Bulgaria’s WRC debut. Loeb controlled the pace throughout, with Sordo playing perfect team support to secure maximum points for Citroën.

Route

Mountain Stages: Constant radius corners allowing high average speeds.
Wide Roads: Encouraged aggressive cornering and late braking.
Elevation Changes: Minor altitude variation but mostly consistent grip.

All-asphalt route through the Rila Mountains with long, sweeping corners.
