Driving Style & Legacy

Manfred Stohl drove with patience and control, emphasizing precision over flamboyance. In the 1990s, this allowed him to finish rallies cleanly and earn valuable experience against more aggressive WRC field leaders. His dedication to mastering production-class rallying earned him respect and ultimately launched him into the upper tier of the sport in the 2000s. He remains a key figure in Austrian motorsport history.
